We will also discuss they ways the mind and body are impacted by stressors, and how stress reaction and response influence emotion. Come learn about why the holidays feel so hectic and how we can infuse them with calm.

Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education of the Exceptional and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology.  Her  30+ years of experience as an educator and counselor in a wide array of settings serving diverse populations has culminated in being devoted to illuminating the critical role that neuropathway connections play in improving quality of life for individuals, organizations and communities
