Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education of the Exceptional and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology. Her 30+ years of experience as an educator and counselor in a wide array of settings serving diverse populations has culminated in being devoted to illuminating the critical role that neuropathway connections play in improving quality of life for individuals, organizations and communities
