Pauline Walfisch, LCSW-R - Director of Helping Hands Psychotherapy, LCSW, P.C.
Pauline is a Licensed Clinical Social worker with a private practice specializing in reproductive mental health, located in Rockville Centre, NY. She provides individual, couples and group therapy to address the mental health complications of pregnancy, the postpartum period, infertility, perinatal loss, adoption and alternative family building decisions.
Pauline is a professional member of Resolve - the national infertility association, as well as the American Society for Reproductive Medicine-Mental Health Practitioners Group. She has completed the Postpartum Support International certificate training for the diagnosis and treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Pauline has served on the executive advisory board for the Nassau County Department of Health Perinatal Services Network and is chair of the maternal mental health work group. Pauline is also Co-President of Helping Hands Psychotherapy, a professional corporation that provides social work continuing education and helps social workers to reach their career goals.
