Treatment Placement Specialists® (TPS) understands finding the program that meets the needs of a patient who is struggling with complex concerns can be a time-consuming process for professionals who have multiple patients in their care. As such, the TPS team was created to offer a complimentary service wherein they will work collaboratively with professionals in choosing the program that will best benefit their patients in need of higher levels of care.

The goal of Treatment Placement Specialists® is to assist professionals in the effort to ensure that patients or clients who need more intensive services are provided all of the resources they need to make an informed treatment decision that best suits their needs. Often times, behavioral health professionals need a partner to take the time to vet local and national programs and determine if they are credible and effective in their providing of treatment.
Our vetting process includes one of our Treatment Placement Specialists® personally visiting the facility and seeking answer to the following questions:
- What does the program specialize in?
- When you say you specialize in certain treatment modalities, are their specifics tracks for those?
- How many groups are there each day?
- How many people per therapy group?
- How many 1:1 sessions per week?
- What credentials do the therapists/group facilitators have at your treatment center?
- Is family integrated into the programming? If so, what does that entail?
- Do you have a continuing care component?
- What insurance is accepted? What happens when insurance stops paying?
Seeking treatment for mental health disorders, behavioral concerns, and chemical dependency issues can be immensely overwhelming, especially when navigating the admissions process. The TPS team works to make this process as simple and seamless as possible. With one call, professional referrals can set the admissions process in motion for their patient, and not have to worry about hindering elements such as insurance questions.
As TPS, we understand the relationship between referent and client continues on throughout treatment. With the condition there is an ROI on file, we do everything within our power to ensure an appropriate amount of communication continues throughout residential treatment so that this relationship can continue.
